1. boil eggs.*
2. peel, slice.
3. add: mayo, mustard*, salt, pepper.
5. serve, on toast.
*how do you hard boil an egg?
1. set eggs in pot, cover by 1-2 inches of water. cover + turn on heat.
2. bring water to a roaring boil. turn off heat, remove.
3. let sit for 12 minutes. drain.
4. shock eggs with cold water (so they stop cookin!)
