GRILLED CLAMS & GARLIC BUTTER BEER.

the butter:
1. smash 4 cloves of garlic
2. slice up 1 stick of butter
3. cook 1&2 slowly on low heat, stirring often. once butter is totally melted;
4. add half of a beer. cook for a bit, remove from heat.

the clams:
1. put on grill until they open. then they are ready.
2. remove from shell with fork & dip into sauce.
serve with lemon & hot sauce.

this is absolutely one of our favorite meals ever.
