BIEBER FEVER.

i saw justin bieber in november. the show was at the barclay’s center in brookyln (my first time there!) i went with my boss and her daughter (and her daughter’s friend) – it was her daughters first concert ever (and is quite the biebs fan.) im glad i got to see him perform live in his hay-day, something i’ll tell the grandkids about.. i also am an unabashedly teenybopper 4ev. this concert was a surrounding day from the announcement of him and selena breaking up so i couldn’t help but wonder if he was a little sad. (or, glad? whats the deal with them anyway)

girls went nuts for him.
although i must admit, not as nuts as hanson fans used to be (…and, still are.)(srsly)

it was a major production for sure, with fireworks, pyrotechnics, trampolines, on & on. also, will smith’s son opened the show, kid’s got a groove. and he was so muscular! but seemed really genuine and nice on stage.

haha, when justin first came out he was literally hanging from these massive angel wings, descending slowly (i have a video of this…) then later, he got into a little moveable balcony that rose above and had a crane that lifted him out over the audience. i like that at these massive venues they play further back into the crowd. when i was younger it was just the front stage. but then again im not sure, because it messes with the entire feeling of having “front row” — i also noticed that “front row” tickets for this show were $10,000 (on stubhub) so where really was that front row? cause an aisle seat near the center runway thing might be the best seat imo.

anyway, i took pics –

peace & love, ashfaye
